The Business Department provides a solid grounding in the fundamentals, theories, and processes of business. The curriculum covers administration, business law, economics, entrepreneurship, finance and accounting, management, and marketing. It also teaches technology and office skills useful in workplace settings, such as notetaking, working with spreadsheets and web pages. This education prepares students to pursue any business-related path they choose: competing for jobs in the workforce, starting their own businesses equipped with practical skills and knowledge, or continuing their business studies in college.
